I won't allow it!

I, Naomi Langosh, am being unlawfully harassed by the Homeowners Association on the heels of crooked real estate agents (who are interlaced with the Homeowners Association) trying to force me to sell for a minute fraction of the worth of my house. I won't allow either of them to do these unlawful things to me.

People in neighborhoods who plot to control other peoples property or sale thereof by manipulating Homeowners Associations and coercing, threatening, gangstalking – a serious crime itself – and violence and fear, where the property is for sale across State lines, are criminals and must be prosecuted under Federal Law.

The RICO law, 18 USC §1962(c), prohibits “any person employed by or associated with any enterprise engaged in… activities… which affect[] interstate… commerce, to conduct… such enterprise’s affairs through a pattern of racketeering activity…” (emphasis added)

§ 1961 (1) defines a “racketeering activity” as

(A) any act or threat involving murder, kidnapping, gambling, arson, robbery, bribery, extortion, dealing in obscene matter, or dealing in a controlled substance… which is chargable under State law and punishable by imprisonment for more than one year [or] (B) any act which is indictable under any of the following provisions of title 18, United States Code: Section 201… (emphasis added)

One of the acts “indictable under any of the following provisions of title 18″ is extortion, which is defined by § 1951(a) as when someone “obstructs, delays, or affects commerce or the movement of any article or commodity in commerce, by robbery or extortion or attempts or conspires so to do (sic)…” That section further defines extortion as “the obtaining of property from another, with his consent, induced by wrongful use of actual or threatened force, violence, or fear, or under color of official right.”

And § 1961 (5) defines a “pattern of racketeering activity” as “at least two acts of [even the same] racketeering activity…”

California extortion laws are defined in Penal Codes 518 to 527 PC. Penal Code 518 defines extortion (which is commonly referred to as blackmail) as:

using force or threats to compel another to give you money or other property,

using force of threats to compel a public officer to perform an official act, or

being a public official and compelling another to give you money or other property acting under color of official right.

Going back to 2010, the Homeowners Association agent and gangstalker repeatedly took all of my flyers that I had in a real estate flyer box on my sign post where I have my For Sale sign for my house out in my front yard in order to prevent people from getting flyers and impede my selling my house.
In 2010 a real estate agent tried to list my house price for an amount far below my selling price without my permission - he was told the price was higher and I wasn't going to change it at that time before he unlawfully listed it low. I complained to the California Real Estate Board who said the real estate agent had violated the law. I filed a complaint which by California State Law was to be answered in 30 days. The unlawful real estate agents conspired with and prevented the California Real Estate Board from responding to my complaint for 6 months. Repeatedly since then, real estate agents have tried to demand I sell lower than I am willing to. This is done at the same time as Homeowners Agent gangstalkers unlawfully stalk me when I do my yard work and then follows harassment from the Homeowners Association writing me claiming I did not maintain my property after they had just witnessed me doing so. The Homeowners Association conspires with the real estate agents to to try to force my sale at a low price and threaten me unlawfully. All of this violates under California State Law my right to quiet enjoyment of my property. On July 13, 2013 in writing, I told James V. Fraker, Community Manager for Shadowridge Homeowners Association (PCM) to cease and desist all of this unlawful harassment of me. As of January 10, 2014 there were no violations alleged against my property by Shadowridge Homeowners Association (I downloaded the proof of this) as such allegations would have been lies and part of the criminal violations of my rights by the Homeowners Association and real estate agents who are connected with the Homeowners Association. All of this is at the same time and over a period of years of vandalism against my property and gangstalking of me and my family at my house and in public places and on public streets by hoodlums.
They all are to cease and desist from all of this.

While doing my yard work (which I have done the same way for thirty years here at my home) a number of HOA gangstalkers harassed me trying to disrupt my work. That is unlawful and criminal of them. This included a gangstalker on foot and her contact - a real estate agent who lives in the neighborhood, who is in league with the HOA, who tries to force me to sell for a ridiculously low price. I have told her I will have nothing to do with her at all a long time ago. I am not selling through any real estate agents. I am myself selling to interested private buyers only - no conditions, no contingencies, cash as is. All of this harassment includes a crooked real estate agent in 2010 which I reported to the California State Real Estate Board with all proof and facts to support that he was in violation of law in trying to force my price down and list it at a lower price without my consent. The California State Real Estate Board then violated California law by not replying to my complaint in the thirty day time span they are required to do by law and instead did not reply for six months in order to cover up for the crooked real estate agent in his crimes against me.

On another occasion earlier another real estate agent claimed that some people who had bought and were going to move in to the neighborhood did not like us (we had never met them at all at that time) and therefore the real estate agent insisted I let her sell my house for a very low price to get us out of the neighborhood to satisfy these people we never met. I told her to mind her own business and don't bother me. What she did is absolutely unlawful and criminal on her part.

Deputy on September 6, 2014 getting the I.D. of the thug, who is the one just above, who attacked my vehicle and me. The Deputy warned the thug at that time to stay away from me and my house and household completely. I got the name of the thug from the Deputy right after he left the thug on the street and came to my house to help me. The Deputy said to get a Restraining Order to prevent the thug from coming near again. I got the Restraining Order immediately. The judge approved the complete Restraining Order I asked for.

Deputy Questioning thug and warning the thug to stay away from us and my house.

The thug told the Deputy to tell us that "he was sorry," for what he did to us. The Deputy told us that the thug had said that to him to tell us. That is an admission of guilt on the part of the thug who is in the picture and is the same one on Security Camera and is the same one named by name in the Restraining Order.

Slovenly gang thug parked in my driveway and prowled about my front yard and both side yards with a weapon in his hand. We have a record on Security Camera. Our house was locked up and all the windows shuttered and the drapes drawn and with no view to the inside and we did not go outside nor to the door nor to the windows to look at him nor to talk to him.
